PIGMENTATION TREATMENT

During a photo rejuvenation treatment, we use our IPL machine to apply focused, pulsed light and heat to a particular area. The light catches on to areas of darker pigmentation and is absorbed into them, heating the damaged cells up and breaking them down. After a few treatments, the skin is visibly lighter and sometimes can even look firmer, as the heat stimulates the fibroblasts: specialised cells that produce collagen, fibres that help keep our skin looking plump and youthful.

This treatment can be performed on any area of pigmentation, although most commonly on the face and hands. These sessions are performed fortnightly and stringent sun care guidelines do apply. Results are usually seen after 6 sessions.

REJUVENATION FOR ACNE

This treatment can be used to treat active acne breakouts, as the light will target surface pigmentation while also heating the skin tissue to high temperature in order to kill the acne bacteria that causes inflammation and breakouts below the surface.

Acne rejuvenation treatments can be performed weekly, with stringent guidelines regarding sun protection and skincare.

Prepaid package pricing depends on the area to be treated, and number of sessions.  Price available on consultation, and all sessions must be used within a year of purchase.   Pre-paid services are non transferrable.  If you fail to show for your appointment, you void that session on your package.

Late notice cancellations (after 3pm the day before, or after 12pm Saturday for Monday appts) or no shows for single treatments may incur an extra charge with your next visit.
