DEEP TISSUE

REIKI AND ENERGY BALANCING

Reiki is a healing art that can activate the natural healing process of your body, clear spiritual and mental blockages, and help improve your overall sense of well-being. Your Reiki practitioner will place their hands over, or on, specific parts of your body while you remain fully clothed to direct energy into your body to clear your chakras, the spiritual aura and any negative aspects of it that may be affecting your day to day life. It may help to improve anxiety, feelings of instability and guilt, as well as helping to improve physical ailments like stress headaches and overall malaise.

Energy Balancing combines the healing touch of Reiki with physical touch through massage to help improve both your body and mind. it is normal for the client to feel intense emotions, to cry, laugh, or experience the sensation of more than one pair of hands on their body while having this treatment. After an Energy Balancing massage, often you can feel physically drained but energised in mind and spirit.

WARM BAMBOO MASSAGE

A variation on the popular hot stone style massage, this treatment uses a range of warmed bamboo rods to massage the body in place of the therapist's hands. Warm bamboo is an invigorating treatment that not only helps to relax the muscles, but also has great benefits for the body in general. The natural silica in bamboo helps in assisting the body to absorb essential nutrients that we need for healthy skin and function, such as magnesium and calcium. As the bamboo warms and moves over your skin, the fibres soften and smooth with a gentle exfoliating effect while also disappating toxins and lymphatic residue from the area.

Cellulite Massage with Hot Bamboo (30 minutes) $65

At Vibrafit, we have taken these amazing, natural skin boosting effects and combined them with detoxifying and strengthening products to help reduce the appearance of cellulite on the buttocks and thighs. During this treatment, you will experience half an hour of warm bamboo combined with a powerful blend of essential oils and seaweed extracts designed to assist in the break up of the fatty tissue that causes cellulute. When the massage is complete, we lock this oil into the skin with the application of a light gel moisturiser, enriched with marine and seaweed extracts, to hydrate the skin and further work on reducing the appearance of cellulite.

The smoothing effect of a single treatment lasts 2-3 days, however we notice the skin becomes permanently smoother and cellulite less obvious after a series of 6 massages, performed weekly.
